The store was perfectly organized and clean. Everything was easy to find. The employees were helpful.
I love my HEB, at Kingwood Dr and West Lake Houston. Everyone is nice and helpful, with the exception of the bakery. They need a bell or foghorn. I feel like I'm invisible when I'm at the counter.
I realize this is a grocery store and most don't need reviews, however this H‑E‑B is different than the others! I have never had a poor curb side experience! They're always quick and sometimes even "early". Furthermore, the store is always in tip too shape! Isle are clean, the facility is just CLEAN and shelves are stocked. Lastly, yesterday when I was shopping in the afternoon, I checked out through the express lane and the young lady helping me was so kind to every customer she interacted with and it was just so pleasant to have a cashier or whatever her position is, be personal with each customer! There were 2 people ahead of me that were clearly struggling and were not in the best moods, but this H‑E‑B staff member was so polite and kind to them that they walked away smiling! HEB has always gone above and beyond, I hope this is how they continue to train their staffing. Maybe it was just this one staff member was amazing at how she interacted with people, or maybe it's how this H‑E‑B trains their personnel! Wish I could remember her name! She was working around 4:00pm on the express lane! 6/21/2023
5 star for sushiya. Fresh and good sushi and rolls at a lower price. Chef was helpful and gave me some more ginger upon request. He even made a roll for the customer per her request. Nice service for sure.
I've been waiting the entire time I've lived in New Waverly for an H‑E‑B to open in Willis. It finally opening in November. This place is HUGE. It does NOT disappoint! Shelves are stocked with an amazing variety. Employees are everywhere and exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, well lit, and fabulously organized. Because of its size it's a GREAT place to get a hunk of your daily steps in. Free climate controlled "gym" walk paths with samples!! We're not zoned to Willis schools where we live but the down home touch of the benches out front with the Wildcat's font is an amazing touch!
